She made her first TV appearance in a guest role on Spenser: For Hire before becoming a regular on the soap All My Children (ABC) as the sweet, virginal Julie Chandler. Holly joined the cast of the critically acclaimed TV series Picket Fences (CBS, 1992) as the sensitive but steely Deputy Maxine 'Max' Stewart. Holly made her feature debut as a lead co-starring with Jason Scott Lee in the surprisingly romantic biopic DRAGON LA VIDA DE BRUCE LEE (1993). She was credible and affecting as the tough and resourceful Linda Lee, the Swedish-American wife of tormented Chinese actor/martial artist Bruce Lee. Holly enjoyed her biggest hit as the romantic lead opposite Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels in the aptly titled comedy DUMB & DUMBER (1994). In the 1995 remake of SABRINA (1995), Holly was the fiancee of playboy Greg Kinnear. She is one of the CHICAS LINDAS (1996) in the 1996 drama of that title, and co-stars with fellow TV alumnus Kelsey Grammer in the comedy DOWN PERISCOPE (1996). Formerly married to actor Danny Quinn, she dated Jim Carrey from 1993 -1996.
