USA (1956 -). Actor norteamericano nacido el 18 de Abril de 1956 en Biloxi, MS. New York Talented, stage-trained lead who made an auspicious feature debut in the title role of KING OF THE GYPSIES (1978). Roberts has given generally fine performances in films of uneven quality; he was memorable in ÁMAME HOY (1981), opposite Sissy Spacek, COCA COLA KID (1985), directed by Dušan Makavejev, and ESCAPE EN TREN (1985), co-starring Jon Voight and directed by Andrei Konchalovsky, papel por el que fue nominado al Oscar como Mejor Actor de Reparto.
